Cancellation (Young) KLV membership
Cancellation of your membership (KLV or Young KLV) is possible until 1 December of each year. After that date, your membership will be automatically renewed for one year.

Conversion to payed membership
A free student membership of a non Dutch member will be converted into an height international membership the calendar year after graduation.

Cancellation policy KLV events

Cancellation can be done by mail (secretariaat.klv@wur.nl). Deadline of cancellation free of charge is mentioned in the confirmation of the event you receive. If you cancel later or if for any reason you do not show up at the event on the date confirmed, this will be considered a cancellation and we will charge you the cancellation fee as mentioned in the confirmation of the event.
Of course you can always send somebody to replace you.
